[Recipe]: Vegetarian Kimchi Soup

  1. Sautee onion, garlic, and kimchi until onions are translucent.
  2. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a low boil.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice with furikake and/or sesame seeds on top.
