[Recipe]: Cold Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 bundles of soba noodles
- 1 package of firm tofu
- Carrots, thinly sliced as chopsticks
- Cucumber, thinly sliced diagonally
- Peanut Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of warm water
- Siracha to taste
Process
- Boil the soba noodles and cool in ice water.
- Thinly slice the tofu into slabs, and dab with paper towel to remove moisture.
- Heat pan on the stove with oil and brown tofu.
- Serve noodles with tofu on top. Add peanut sauce with carrot and
cucumber as garnish.
